NEXTEL Connect

Platform features

Nextel App features, explained properly

Every feature below states what it is, how it works, who it is for and why it matters. Nothing here is a marketing placeholder.

Connectivity

The eSIM layer the rest of the platform is built on.

  • Nextel eSIM activation

A Diamond or Royal eSIM profile provisioned to your device after a one-time activation.

    How it works
Choose a tier in your account, complete activation, and the profile is written to your phone's eSIM slot.
    Who it is for
Anyone with an eSIM-capable phone in Nigeria.
    Why it matters
It is the line all network activity and reward parameters are attached to.
  • Local and global roaming

Diamond covers local roam. Royal covers global roam with priority across minute allocations.

    How it works
Roaming scope is set by the tier you activate; it is shown in your account.
    Who it is for
Royal suits people who travel or need call activity; Diamond suits local, SMS-based use.
    Why it matters
It is the clearest practical difference between the two tiers.

Account and money

Everything that touches value is calculated on the platform, not in your browser.

  • Account balance

A single view of your current balance and recent account activity.

    How it works
The platform calculates the balance; the app requests and displays it.
    Who it is for
    All activated members.
    Why it matters
A server-authoritative balance means a tampered page cannot change what you're owed.
  • Withdrawal requests

Submit a payout request to Nigerian bank details you supply.

    How it works
Requests are raised in your account and may be subject to verification before processing.
    Who it is for
Members with an eligible balance under the current platform terms.
    Why it matters
It is the only official route for a payout — never through chat or email.
  • Card access

Card options for spending platform balance, where offered on your tier.

    How it works
Availability and issuance follow the platform terms in force at the time.
    Who it is for
Members on tiers where card access is offered.
    Why it matters
It turns account balance into everyday spending power.

Network and rewards

Published parameters, not projections.

  • Referral network

Structured tiers with published connect-bonus and indirect-connect rates.

    How it works
Rates per tier are listed on the pricing page. Participation is optional.
    Who it is for
Members who choose to introduce others to the platform.
    Why it matters
Optional means your account does not depend on recruiting anyone.
  • Leaderboard ranks

Network ranking that reflects account activity across the platform.

    How it works
Ranks are derived from platform-side activity data.
    Who it is for
Members who want visibility on where they sit in the network.
    Why it matters
It is a progress signal — not a payout schedule.
  • Activity rates by tier

SMS, webgain, call and turnover-commission rates set per eSIM tier.

    How it works
Each tier carries its own published rate table.
    Who it is for
    Anyone comparing Diamond against Royal.
    Why it matters
Knowing the rates before activating is how you make an informed choice.

Account experience

The parts of the app you touch daily.

  • Account overview

One screen bringing balance, activity, tier and network structure together.

    How it works
Loaded from the platform each time you sign in.
    Who it is for
    All members.
    Why it matters
Fewer screens to hunt through when you want a straight answer.
  • Profile and payout details

Manage your registered details and the bank details used for payouts.

    How it works
Edited in your account; changes may require verification.
    Who it is for
All members, especially before a first withdrawal.
    Why it matters
Mismatched account names are the most common cause of failed payouts.
  • Notifications

Alerts for activation status, request updates and account notices.

    How it works
Delivered inside the account and to the contact details you registered.
    Who it is for
    All members.
    Why it matters
It is how you learn an activation or request needs your attention.

Security and support

The safeguards, stated plainly.

  • Account security

Encrypted sessions, verified account flows and server-side validation of account values.

    How it works
Authentication is handled on the platform; the browser never decides account state.
    Who it is for
    All members.
    Why it matters
Support will never ask for your password or a one-time code — anyone who does is a fraudster.
  • Support with references

Email support that resolves activation and payout issues using your username and payment reference.

    How it works
Email support with those two details and the issue is traceable.
    Who it is for
Anyone whose activation or request needs review.
    Why it matters
Without a reference, a legitimate payment cannot be matched to your account.
Reward rates above are the published plan parameters, not earnings promises. What an account actually receives depends on eligibility, verification, activity levels and the platform terms in force at the time.

Compare the two eSIM tiers

Diamond and Royal differ on call rewards, roaming and turnover commission. The pricing page shows every published rate side by side.
