Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, register accurate details, and hold the bank details used for payouts in your own name.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. One person may not operate accounts to misrepresent network activity.

Activation and payments

eSIM activation is a one-time charge for the tier selected, completed through the official account process. Payments made outside that process cannot be matched or honoured.

Rewards

Published plan parameters describe rates, not guaranteed outcomes. Eligibility, verification and the platform terms in force at the time determine what an account receives.

Withdrawals

Requests are submitted in your account and may be subject to verification. Inaccurate payout details are the most common cause of failure and delay.

Prohibited conduct

Fraud, impersonation of NEXTEL Connect, distributing unofficial builds of the app, automated abuse of the platform, and unlawful use are prohibited.

Suspension and termination

Accounts involved in fraud or in breach of these terms may be suspended or closed, and pending requests withheld pending investigation.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, NEXTEL Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including expected rewards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
